1. Pc properties.........

2. From Power options
check whether it is fixed or not?
If not
3. From Device Manager..........
try to shut down it is fixed or not?
If not I have next solutions......
4. From trouble shooting..........
Now try it is fixed or not?
If not i have next solutions.................
5. regedit
Then after try to shut down your computer................
