In this DIY video, I show my process of blackworm culturing. I feed my fish blackworms on weekends. To give the Culture time to propagate.

Blackworms are a great source of food because of their:
Nutritional Value: Black worms are high in protein, which is essential for the growth and health of fish.
Natural Behavior Stimulation: Feeding live black worms can stimulate natural hunting and foraging behaviors in fish.
Gut-loading: Before giving black worms to fish, you can increase their nutritional value by gut-loading them with vitamins and minerals.
