- I used to party a lot.
- I’m used to partying a lot.
- I’m getting used to partying a lot.
If you are reading these sentences, over and over again, trying to identify the correct answer, you’re not alone. They definitely look and sound very similar, but the truth is that USED TO / BE USED TO / GET USED TO are very different things.
