1. I always start my morning with lemon water + @bloomsupps , I also had L theanine, magnesium glycinate, and a probiotic pill
2. I’ll either have matcha or green tea in the morning with cashew milk
3. Sourdough toast, cut a hole in the middle, on a pan pour about 1-2 tbsp of olive oil.
Put the sourdough toast onto the pan and then crack your egg in the middle of the toast, scramble the yolk in the hole - unless you want the Yolk, flip & pair with some fruit !
4. RED CABBAGE SALATTA + chimichurri chicken strips
INGREDIENTS
½ Small Red Cabbage – finely diced
3 Persian Cucumbers – finely diced
1 Red Pepper – finely diced
2 Green Onions with whites included – finely diced
1 Bunch of Cilantro – finely chopped, leaves and stalks
1 Handful of Mint – chopped
½ Pomegranate – seeded
DRESSING
¼ cup Olive Oil
2 Tbsp. Freshly Squeezed Orange Juice
1 Tbsp White Wine Vinegar (Apple Cider Vinegar or Lemon Juice also ok)
1 Tsp Honey
2 Tsp Pomegranate Molasses
½ Tsp Salt or more to taste
Place all the ingredients in a large bowl, pour dressing and mix well.
For the chicken: I used chimichurri as a Marinade (handful of parsley chopped, 3 garlic cloves, 6 tbsp of olive oil or more , salt, red chili flakes, squeeze of lemon)
Paired that with cauliflower hummus
5. SALMON KALE SALAD
I mixed kale with leftover mango salsa I had (red onion, mango, salt, cilantro, and lime)
For the salmon: I seasoned it with salt and dill, placed in the oven at 400 for about 15 minutes
6. MATCHA - using @bloomsupps matcha + cashew milk and stevia + dark chocolate
7. Night supps - ashwagandha, tart cherry, lemon balm
