The .NET MAUI Maps control is a powerful data visualization component that allows you to display statistical information for a specific geographical area. With the Maps control, you can generate maps to represent various data such as population density, sales figures, political boundaries, weather patterns, election results, and routes.
Data labels provide identification for shapes by displaying their names. If the labels exceed the shape bounds, they are either trimmed or hidden. On the other hand, markers are utilized to indicate a specific location on a map using built-in symbols or by displaying custom content at a specific latitude and longitude.
