How to use Sum, Average, Count, Max and Min functions.
Functions are predefined programming codes developed to perform some specific tasks. When user needs to perform that tasks they can call specific functions related to the tasks.
Functions needs some data to perform the task and generate the desired result. User also needs to pass these data to the function. These data are called Arguments of function. It can be numbers, texts, dates or cell range. It depends on your desired result.
There are thousands of predefined functions in the Excel. All functions are categorized in different categories depending on their tasks-
AutoSum, Financial, Logical, Text, Date & Time, Lookup & Reference, Math etc.
