Description of the Intel Arc A770 (ASRock 8gb) Issue in Hogwarts Legacy and Resident Evil 4 Remake
In this video, I show a recurring issue with my Intel Arc A770 8GB graphics card from ASRock. During the final mission of Hogwarts Legacy, the system crashes, restarts, and the screen freezes on the last frame, clearly displaying the problem. This error isn’t limited to a specific game or situation; it also occurs in other scenarios, such as when viewing 3D models in Resident Evil 4 Remake.
Error Characteristics:
Screen Freeze Crash: The screen locks on the last visible frame and becomes unresponsive, forcing the system to restart.
Random but Consistent Occurrence Points: The error can be replicated at specific points in games and 3D applications.
Unexpected and Sudden Behavior: No prior signs indicate the failure; it happens without warning.
