From Bad to Worse | D&D Monk Unearthed Arcana Playtest 6
Finally we get to see how Wizard of the Coast are planning to fix the much unloved and underappreciate Monk subclass in D&D. As they have (finally) included the Monk in the latest Unearthed Arcana for the Players Handbook Playtest 6. And it's not good
This latest UA package sees revisions to a number of classes ahead of their release in the revised rules D&D Player's Handbook 2024 (what everyone in the community is referring to as OneD&D or 5.5e) and a first look at the new Monk along with 3 of its subclasses - Warrior of Shadow, Warrior of the Hand and Warrior of the Elements. But anyone hoping for big improvements on one of the weakest classes in the game of DnD is going to be left wanting.
