Web Server Launch Sequence in C
Defining what our web server should do once started.

With our data structures in place, we now need to define a launch sequence for the server: it will create a thread pool, accept incoming connections, and then hand those connections off to the pool for processing. This is the last step in making our server functional, though functional is far from optimal. There is a lot of work yet to be done before our server is production ready.
