SwiftUI M1 Grid layout Candle chart Matrix Vector arithmetic Linear algebra
All components developed from scratch. Four market charts with the statistic for 12 years
Every chart contains 2858 that is = 11432 vector elements are rendered at once. There's pure vector graphics #Path I use in this implementation. To my surprise #SwiftUI easily renders more then 100_000 vector lines on a fly that is pretty impressive compare to browser #SVG vector implementation. After updating macOS to Monterey it feel like Metal rendering in #SwiftUI got much faster compare to BigSur. I did not come across the official information about drastic improvement of performance but it feel like this:)
I'm gonna start experimenting with Canvas implementation in #SwiftUI to get known about performance.
All zooming, panning operation goes thought 1x3 Matrix that quite comfortable in terms of controlling all operations by one data element.
