After you open up a Roth IRA and contribute $583 a month..
1. S&P funds have dividend yields of 1.32% so you’ll be able to collect $15K of dividends every year
2. You can use the 4% rule and sell a portion of your portfolio every year and collect around $46K a year
3. Sell covered calls to collect a couple thousand every month
The best part is all your income will be tax and penalty free at 59.5! 🔥
The trick to a comfy retirement is just getting started, no matter how old you are. The earlier, the better, but what really counts is taking that first step 👣
