Can't reply to your comments - Comment failed to post - PART #2
I can't reply to your comments on YouTube PART #2. This problem only affects 2 or 3 or my regular commenters and I am trying to help one of them get it sorted. I have noticed that you cannot see his comment if you are not signed into YouTube or you are viewing from a mobile phone.

I recommend you make sure "Who can comment on your public posts?" is set to "Anyone" to allow replies from users that are not in your circles or add me to your circles first.
I am in conversation with one individual via private messaging which works fine and we have been through the Google+ settings with no effect. There are several threads about the issue on the Google YouTube forum. Here is one https://productforums.google.com/foru...
With most people it is down to the fact their account has been temporarily suspended for spamming or some other abuse of the YouTube rules, but that stops THEM leaving ANY comments so that is NOT the case here. This person can leave comments but people cannot reply to him. There was also an issue that YouTube had implemented a timed block to stop people posting comments until they had watched a minimum percentage of the video to prevent spam robots etc and again that is NOT the case here.
