Ivaylo Ivanov, also known as Mechkata (from Bulgarian “the Bear”), has more than 15 years of experience in both the VFX and Gaming industries. With a background in fine arts, he started his career as a 3D generalist and found his real passion in modeling and texturing. Ivaylo has been an active part of most of the process along the visual effects pipeline. Over the years, he has gained experience in WorldWide FX, Ubisoft, and the indie studio Hack and Paint he co-founded. Now he is back in WorldWide FX as a CG Supervisor.
