idk if there’s already another term for this, and i don’t think this is a new concept, but a “color sandwich” is just sandwiching one piece of clothing between two other pieces of the same color. so brown pants with a white top and white shoes, or a champagne skirt with a black top and black boots. i usually just match the color of my top with my shoes, but you can do it with other pieces like belts, jackets, bags, and socks too. it bascially just helps an outfit look more cohesive by sprinkling the same color throughout ✨
