This has been patched, well sort of, and for the most part AMD SMT is performing as intended in the game.

I guess CDPR got us hacking the game to make it better, so immersive..
Was getting around a 20% boost to my 1% and .1% lows in a cpu bound situation after having this enabled and the game felt smoother so I wanted to share how “enable” this.

Once downloaded you drag you Cyberpunk.exe file into the editor
Hit Control-F to open up the Search box
Copy and Paste this line of code into the search box
75 30 33 C9 B8 01 00 00 00 0F A2 8B C8 C1 F9 08
Once you found the it then just replace the first part which is 75 and replace it with EB
Save the file and your done!
