The truth about reality TV
Seven years after doing Secret Story, the confidentiality clauses are over and I decided to talk about this experience to answer the questions that are asked most often:
1. How is the casting? 1:19
2. How much is it paid? 6:18
3. How's life inside? 9:41
4. Illicit substances? 10:25
5. Is there a scenario? 6:29 .
6. Is it rigged? 9:20 p.m.
7. How is the release going? The mediatization ? 11:20
8. In the end, do I regret? 29:17
Why now ? Because I can do it legally, and that some things remained on my heart.
From hearing people tell me that I should make a book or a film out of it, I ended up thinking that yes, I had to tell this story and do it well. Without skimming through it, without seeking revenge, nor the buzz.
So I sat, in front of my camera this time, to talk about this experience and summarize several months in 33 minutes (yes it's long, but there was a lot to say).
I hope it will give people a better understanding of how these programs work, and maybe it will help future candidates to know better what they get themselves into.
