You will need a coop friend to open the lower-left room doors so you can get the final ring, so have that in mind (no way to do it solo). Ther is not much here except the chess challenge at the upper middle room. Rings you find inside rooms are random, but the rest is not.
For the last ring you need a friend in coop. Let your friend do the puzzle while you wait in the lower-left
room in front of the west doors. Let your friend reset the board, and move the lower white piece left. That opens the first door. Let him lose to reset for the other ones to open.
