Extending your SharePoint Framework (SPFx) solutions also to Outlook and Office.com
Previously we have already announced the support on building experiences for Microsoft Teams using the SharePoint Framework. Now you can take this even further with the latest engineering investments and extend your SharePoint Framework solutions also to Outlook and Office.com.
This will enable you to reach to new audiences by maximizing the value of your engineering investments. This option will be available even with older versions of SharePoint Framework with adjustments of the Microsoft Teams solution manifest which is used to expose the SPFx solutions in other areas.
With these latest investments in SPFx, it’s easy for those of you who have invested in SharePoint Framework to build Teams, Viva, and SharePoint apps to also extend your solutions to Outlook and the Microsoft 365 app, to help your solution reach more users than ever before.
