Heartbeat monitoring system using 8051 Microcontroller

Patient heart rate is monitored using a sensor. In this project micorocontroller reads heartbeat sensor values and displays it on LCD display. We have used 89s51 microcontroller which is from 8051 series microcontroller. Also we have used Analog to Digital converter, IC555, DB9 connector and heart beat sensor in this project. This has application in hospitals, old-age homes, also patients in our home.
