I'll show you how to get Rod of Harmony in Terraria.
The Rod of Harmony is a Hardmode tool that instantly teleports the player to the mouse cursor, but without the Chaos State Debuff.
And in order to get it, we first need to get the Rod of Discord.
And to do that, we need to switch to Hardmode.
So let's kill the wall of flesh.
After we do this, go to Underground Hallow and look for Chaos Elemental there.
Or they will find you.
Now just kill them.
A very large number of them.
To increase their spawn, I recommend putting a water candle and drinking a battle potion.
And after you get Rod of Discord, you can already teleport.
But it's not cool with it because it deals damage.
So let's upgrade it to Rod of Harmony.
To do this, go further along the boss path.
Kill all 3 mechanical bosses.
Then find and kill the plantera.
After that, enter the Jungle Temple.
And kill the summoned golem.
Then go to the dungeon and kill the cultists.
And then the cultist himself.
Celestial Pillars will be next.
All 4 need to be broken.
And here's the last boss.
This is the Moon Lord.
We kill him.
Now we have the opportunity to turn Rod of Discord into Rod of Harmony.
So we go to the shimmer and throw Rod of Discord into it.
And Rod of Harmony comes back to us.

Now you can safely teleport without worrying about your health.
