In this crazy, fast-paced world we live in, hustle culture seems to be everywhere.
It’s all about non-stop productivity, constant busyness, and a never-ending drive for success.
Toxic productivity is on the rise.
I’m on that youtube grind as well, trying to pump out as much content as I can.
But I’ve noticed from my own experience that problems arise when you’re too focused on the future - when you believe that happiness will only come once you’ve achieved your big goal.
It feels like I always need to be productive to achieve the success that I’m after and it often takes the enjoyment out of other everyday activities.
We often forget that life is not just about reaching a particular destination.
It's about embracing the journey itself because, there actually is no finish line.
