Awesome CLI commands that will save your JOB
Some commands are only available at the machine level while others at the cluster level.
These commands have different impacts depending on the nature of the command.
e.g. a command that displays some output is not really going to cause any troubles - except that you try the workqueue rate 1 command.
Other commands like the one in which i restarted hermes are commands that directly impact the email flow and should not be executed unless in maintenance window or the device is already down and if that is the only way to resolve it. However, it would always be recommended to have a word with the cisco ESA TAC before doing any such thing.
