This ENS video will explain How to set up a Resolver to your name, how to change the Controller to another address and how to set up Subdomains along with sub-subdomains. The ENS name REGISTRANT is the blockchain owner of the name, so if you change this you will LOSE FULL CONTROL by sending this to another address. However, if you want to lease the name to someone else while remaining in control, you can keep the REGISTRANT as your address but change the CONTROLLER to another address. This gives the controller the power to resolve the name to their address and create subdomains while you still own it.

You can also manage your name by resolving the name to your address. First, click RESOLVE, then choose PUBLIC RESOLVER and it posts a contract address which should NOT be your address. Once this MetaMask transaction goes through, you add your address to the RECORDS section, which I show in the video.
