A Little Curious Maciek Albrecht Reel
So, a few weeks ago, I received a tape from one of the people that worked on the show, A Little Curious, Maciek Albrecht, because I was wondering if he had any lost material in his vault. Out of the 6 shorts that he provided work for, only one lost short surfaced, and that was "Shhh!" or "Talk Softly" as it's called in the first episode, "Loud Soft Shake". Unfortunately, it was also in audio form, meaning there weren't any visuals to accompany it. Darn shame.
Another thing I found interesting about this reel was the fact that the first short on this tape, "Wax and Shine" or "Slippery When Wet" as it's called in "Slippery Sticky Mirror" apparently had a deleted scene that only appeared in an HBO Family promo back in 1999.
Now, there are a few differences that can be spotted in this reel, such as the absence of sound effects, as well as different dialogue and takes being shown.
I'm actually a little flattered about getting a VHS from someone who actually worked on a TV show, let alone A Little Curious.
The tape's going back to the owner today, and I just wanted to thank Maciek for lending me his tape to digitize.
