Are these Neighborhood Stories Settings broken in The Sims 4?
The pre-Lovestruck patch introduced two new settings to neighborhood stories, friendship changes and romance changes, which allow sims that you haven't played to progress their relationships with other unplayed sims in either positive or negative ways. Turns out they might be currently a bit broken in game so I'm gonna investigate to see if they have any effect on their relationships
