HOMELESSNESS IN MISSOULA: Urban campers in Missoula packed up and moved from their site just outside the Poverello Center on Thursday.
With Missoula under a state of emergency, these campers have few options left.
Officials are working on a plan to keep everyone safe and secure after this latest move.
Police were on hand as a precaution, while bulldozers cleared garbage and city crews washed pavement.
