▪️ 100g almond flour
▪️ 9g baking powder
▪️ 1g sea salt
▪️ 1/2 tsp ground cinnamon
▪️ 1/4 tsp ground nutmeg
▪️ 3 large eggs
▪️ 130g sugar / or use sugar substitute / add more if you like sweeter desserts
▪️ 160g vegetable oil or canola oil or coconut oil
▪️ 2 tsp vanilla extract
▪️ 300g overripe bananas (2-3 pcs) / weight for peeled
▪️ 1 tbsp lemon juice
▪️ 1 tsp zest of lemon
▪️ 200g sweet pineapple / fresh or canned
▪️ 20g all-purpose flour for pineapple
▪️ 100g pecans / or you can take walnut or almond
▪️ + butter for grease 2 round pans 20cm / 8"
🔥 BAKE 35 minutes at 355℉ / 180℃
CREAM for 2 layers:
▪️ 200g cream cheese
▪️ 65g icing sugar
▪️ 1 tbsp lemon juice
▪️ 2 tsp vanilla extract
▪️ 180g whipping cream 35%
+
▪️ 50g shredded coconut
▪️ fresh mint / optional
▪️ fresh raspberry / optional
