Story Time With Niyo:
I would have added Niyo to the list hut have had very bad experiences with them. When I was in Paris, I only relied on Niyo and took a very little amount of cash (scared of pick pocketing) the first payment that I had to make was for a metro from Paris airport to my airbnb. The card did not work! I had very little cash on me and the only forex card I bought, wasn’t working! So I used my debit card to withdraw cash from an ATM machine (that costed me huge money because of bank charges). Recently, RBI canceled the Niyo debit card and they came up with a new credit card as a workaround. I used the Niyo credit card in my vietnam trip and it was so new that even the customer care wasn’t aware about what is happening. They said I could only withdraw money from the ATM once based on the Fd account (and that rule has just come up today!) wow! In the middle of my trip?! Aah
So I would suggest get a Forex card from a trusted bank like IDFC (link in bio). And Try out Scapia and Fi if the offers they provide interest you plus they come with an amazing UI in the app!
