MIB2 interface drivers side coding for LHD RHD
How to change coding for left-hand drive or right-hand drive in #MIB2 units. This will be visible in AppConnect (CarPlay, AndroidAuto) interface as well as in various Car and Climate Control visualizations. If you retrofitted a MIB2 unit into your car or lost your original coding, here's a way to adjust this #LHD / #RHD setting with a simple coding procedure.
ℹ️ In this video you can see Volkswagen Golf MK7 with MIB2 Discover Media infotainment system but the same procedure will apply to other cars: Audi, Seat, Skoda, MAN, Lamborghini.
I've used OBDeleven, but the same can be done with VCDS or any other diagnostic tool capable of changing coding in VAG cars.

Module: 5F → Coding → Long Coding → Byte: 19 → Bit: 1→ enable for RHD
