After that, you need to go to Iron or Lead Anvil and make a Grappling Hook.
The second way to get it is to get an NPC.
Namely, we are talking about Goblin Tinkerer.
In order to get this NPC, you must first defeat the goblin army, and then find the Goblin Tinkerer himself somewhere in the world.
Now click on him and go to the store.
And as you can see, there is a Grappling Hook here.
We can buy it.
