If your 7 eleven account has been locked to a higher price and you would like to lock in a currently lower price
Set up a second 7-Eleven account using a different e-mail address Then Log-out out of your original account and then log in to the newly created one.
Also if you scan after fueling and the price is lower than your lock you'll get the lower price
