"Absolutely Blew Me Away"
** TODAY'S PUZZLE **
Today's puzzle is absolutely miraculous. We've tackled many "Build Your Own" sudokus before but this one seems ludicrously under-clued... and yet!!! It's a debut on the channel for Paletron and comes heavily recommended by the likes of tesseralis and thoughtbyte.

Rules:
Normal Sudoku rules apply. Each coloured circle needs to be connected with its colour pair by a “between line”. Cells along “between lines” must have values between those in that line’s circles. Lines can move in orthogonal AND diagonal directions, but they can't cross nor share cells with each other. Lines are not necessarily unique ie the solver must only be able to draw at least one line of each colour which satisfies all the constraints. Circles also show the number of cells visited by their own coloured line in their immediate neighbourhood (not including the circled cell itself) ie a minesweeper count. So, for example, r1c1 could be a maximum of 3 and r4c4 could be a maximum of 8. Arrows between cells point to the smaller digit.
