Lets get deeper to Pomodoro Technique. Pomodoro Technique is perfect time management tool design to fight procrastination, maintain focus and increase your productivity! The original idea of this technique is based on 4x 25 min session with 5 min break in between. Let me show you one of many ways how to improve it for better results.
! DON'T BE TO STRICT ABOUT TIME INTERVALS !
Sometimes you may find yourself entering a FLOW STATE, that means you are fully focused on what you are doing, you are not interupt with any distraction, you feel energized and you enjoying it.
And if you stop working/studying because of timer, you coming out of that flow state and you have to put more energy trying to get back to it.
When you are in good rhythm, it’s easier to keep going, because when you stop, it often take a while to get going again.
So always check with yourself how you feel!
! DON'T USE SOCIAL MEDIA DURING YOUR BREAK !
In you break always stand up, strech little bit, make yourself new coffee/tea, get a snack, use bathroom, but NEVER go to social media! This is the biggest distraction where you can end up for longer time than full pomodoro video.
