I'm proud to honor my friend who had an indelible impact on Arkansas, Bill Holmes, who passed away peacefully late last year. Bill dedicated over four decades of his life to financial services and government policy including serving as the CEO of the Arkansas Bankers Association. Bill’s contribution to the state of Arkansas will not be forgotten, and I join all Arkansans in recognizing Bill for his remarkable career and a life well-lived.
