To turn off voice chat volume in Call of Duty: Modern Warfare 3, you can follow these steps:

Launch the game and select Options from the main menu. Then select Audio. Press the box to expand the master volume so there is more options to increase the sound! Then you can scroll down to the Voice Chat section and move the Voice Volume slider all the way to the left to turn off voice chat.
