Genesis Sample Theme Extra Settings
In a previous video I showed you how to set up a service professional’s website in just 25 minutes. In this video I show you more of the most useful settings available in the Genesis Sample theme.
0:00 The customizer.
0:10 Using an image logo.
1:50 Changing the link color.
2:20 Building WordPress menus.
3:05 Theme settings tab in the customizer.
3:15 Sitewide layout setting, using a sidebar or full width layout.
3:55 Breadcrumbs, enable or disable on posts and pages.
4:18 Comments and trackbacks, enable or disable them sitewide.
5:10 Singular Content. Show or hide featured images and meta data on single posts and pages.
7:13 Content Archives. Customize how your blog page will look.
8:43 Customize the footer credits using text and shortcodes.

9:45 Genesis theme SEO settings. Only change these if you know what you’re doing.

18:10 Theme SEO settings for this specific post or page. Document title and meta description. These are overridden if you use Yoast SEO.
