Update 2023 Jan:
Lateset version of Bluesky FRC imoroved performance and requires much lower GPU usage. So the Vega iGPU can handle 4k 60 (even 120hz) now! Please install the latest version and try.

the FRC works with GCN cards only. please check

You'll need an AMD video card (GPU) with GCN structure to use Bluesky FRC.
