I'm using 30mls (1oz), but if you want a bigger drink add more - just keep the parts equal.
30ml (1oz) of Four Pillars Gin
30ml (1oz) Casa Mariol Negre (Vermouth)
30ml (1oz) Campari
Orange peel to garnish
Mix all ingredients into a mixing glass. Fill to the brim with ice and stir until smooth to taste.
Pour over a large block of ice. Garnish with an orange wedge, or even better, squeeze a rind peel over the drink then add the twist for the full orange flavour.
