"What is Magic the Gathering?"
In all my years of playing Magic the single most asked question I receive about the game is simply "What is Magic the Gathering?" Sometimes people want to understand why we play, sometimes they are interested in playing themselves, but every time I struggle to find a good answer. Today I want to put forward some of my thoughts on how to answer that question.
