In this video, I provide a definition and overview of the field of nanoengineering, define the two major branches of nanoengineering (what I call "flask nano" and "wafer nano," and then draw comparisons between traditional fields of science (physics, chemistry, biology) and engineering (mechanical, chemical, materials, biological, and electrical).
