I don't think there is much to explain in this build, he has the best augments in the game and a free subsume slot on his 2, Arcane Truculence is the reason he doesn't need nourish anymore and can run w/e, his 1 is one of the best damage buffs in the game now, his 3 is good for defense and his 4 is one of the best abilities in the game and does more things than entire warframes and his passive buffs his 4, even more, I have nothing bad to say about frost except that he might be a bit too good a tno taking damage cuz base sp deal so little damage to him that they can't take down his overguard for him to proc Arcane Truculence.
