Easy Italian Single Serve Hot Chocolate Recipe ( MAKES ONE SERVING):
50g ( 2 ounces) Dark Chocolate 70 % cocoa
1 tbsp (7g) Unsweetened Cocoa Powder
1 tbsp (15g) Sugar
1/2 tbsp (5g) Cornstarch (If you want it thicker, add 3/4 tbsp)
240ml (1 cup) Milk
Pinch of Salt
