Return to Felora Firewreath in Silver Tide Hollow.

The entirety of this quest happens in Shimmering Expanse.
Description:
Yeah yeah, I'm sure Felora wants you back. That woman has no respect for innovation. When I told her about the modifications I was making for my Earth Elemental, she nearly threw a fit.
Go tell her everything's all well and dandy. And tell her she's not getting a share of my inevitable fortune either.
She probably likes sleeping on the rock anyway.
Completion:
Sam's in one piece then? And his poor assistant Felice? Good to hear.
I hope that one day he'll learn to respect the elements as more than just a tool.

The Shimmering Expanse is a subzone of Vash'jir. It contains The Earthen Ring quartermaster in Silver Tide Hollow, the only flight points in the zone, and tons of Azshara's Veil. In this section, players learn about the highborne's past and the threat of the naga through the eyes of Battlemaidens.
Poseidus, who drops Reins of Poseidus, is mostly likely to spawn in this subzone too.
The Shimmering Expanse ranges from level 30-35.
