Here’s the procedure:
1. Log on to www.gst.gov.in
2. Navigate through Services - User Services -
a. View Notices and Orders command (To view notices/Orders)
OR
b. View/Download Certificates command (To download certificates)
3. View notice/ download certificates by clicking on the Download link
4. Further steps to be followed only if a Question Mark (?) appears where DSC is signed (Please use relevant screenshot, if possible)
1) Save the pdf file after downloading it, and then open it with the right click
2) Click on Show Signature Properties
3) Click on Show Signer’s Certificate and select Trust
4) Now click on Add to Trusted Identities and then click OK
5) Select all the checkboxes of New Window and click OK
5. Once you click on Validate Signature and Close, the signature will get validated with a green tick √ (use a green tick screenshot, if possible)
