HttpOnly Cookie With JWT .Net 6

Most developers that handle Json Web Tokens know about using Localstorage to store their cookie on the frontend. There is a better way though, one that doesn't even need the client side to do anything. Using HttpOnly Cookies allows the backend developer to control the JWT and restrict access by the client side to the token. This allows for more safety by not allowing the token to be accessed via the Javascript.
