Let’s make the viral gluten free Brazilian #montanharussa bread using your BlendJet! Also known as roller coaster 🎢 bread! Each bake, a new shape but always crunchy and gooey and even easier & faster to make with your BlendJet. Tasty #glutenfree option for breakfast, snack time and sandwiches.
Total Time: Less than 5 minutes
Servings: up to 10
INGREDIENTS
3 eggs
1 cup of olive oil
1/2 to 2/3 cup of milk
1 teaspoon of salt
1/3 cup of shredded cheese of choice
2 cups of #polvilho azedo aka sour starch*
Polvilho azedo also known as Sour Starch in the USA can be found in many Latino stores and online websites such as Amazon.
Note this is not the same as tapioca flour.
DIRECTIONS
(1) Add the eggs, olive oil, milk, salt and polvilho to your #blendjet and blend until smooth consistency.
Tip : add a splash of milk if thick consistency and only blend until smooth.
Do not ‘over blend’ because it increases thickness. Thick consistency leads to more dense, less air pocket bread.
(2)Add the mixture into your baking dish and top it with shredded cheese
(3)Preheat your oven at 200C or 395F
(4)Bake for 25 minutes.
Avoid to open the oven before 20 minutes
