Oats, Apple and Yogurt! Delicious and Easy Diet Cake Recipe!

Rolled oats - 4.6 oz (130 g)
Boiling hot water - 7 fl oz (200 ml)
Soak for 5 minutes
Melted butter - 3.5 tbsp (50 g)
Plain yogurt (can be substituted with sour cream) - 4.6 oz (130 g)
2 Eggs
Sugar - 2.5 tbsp (30 g)
Vanilla sugar - 1 tsp (5 g)
1 Apple
Raisins - 2.8 oz (80 g) (can be substituted with frozen berries - cherries or currants)
Baking powder - 1.5 tsp (7 g)
Walnuts - 1 oz (30 g)
Bake at 350°F (180°C) for 40-50 minutes
