Step 1: Visit https://www.nexusmods.com/codevein
Step 2: Create a Account
Step 2a: Follow the steps on the Page to Register
Step 3: Download the desired Mod (Read the Mod description too)
Step 4: Navigate to: C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\CODE VEIN\CodeVein\Content\Paks
Step 5: Create a Folder named: ~mods
Step 5a: Put the downloaded file in the Folder ~mods
Step 5b: Extract Here or Put the content of the File in the ~mod Folder
Congratulations! Start the Game and enjoy
