Greetings! 😎Inspired by our viewer, AnasiaCameronElijah's suggestion, we want to do some races of the famous Frisco 1522 this week. According to the wiki, Frisco 1522 was built to handle Frisco's heavier passenger trains through the hilly Ozark regions. Five other examples of Frisco Mountain-type locomotives are preserved today throughout America. Many railfans regard 1522 as "the loudest steam locomotive in the world" due to its exceptionally loud exhaust blasts, particularly when working hard. 1522 served the St. Louis–San Francisco Railway for more than 30 years!👍
We picked BM&R's 4-8-4, ATSF 2900 Class, PRR M1b, and ATSF 2-10-2 as contestants. You will see how good the locomotive performs when hauling different kinds of consist; from heavyweight passenger stock, 100-car freight train to excursion train. Note K&L Trainz created a special engine sound file for the Frisco 1522.
Thank you so much for watching our videos! 🤗Please don't forget to subscribe, share, and 👍like our Trainz steam locomotives videos. Your suggestion is always welcomed!
