#1. Mere wishful thinking.
#2. A higher level has been established. The job will be more, Pleasant, comfortable, safer, Undisturbed, Faster with better quality, more reliable and better organised.
#3. A dramatically different target has been set. I.E.
What's the purpose of the job, Can sales volume be multiplied, Can costs be reduced, Can we eliminate the process.
This system can be used to determine the kind of reward or bonus.
